Use this 10Gig Media Converter if your servers are already equipped with CX4 connectors, or your 10 Gigabit switch has only CX4 connectors. Then use CX4 cables to connect your servers.
The basic model LMC11002AE features XFP-Slots on both ends, LMC11012AE has SFP+ Slots on both ends. LMC11022AE is equipped with one XFP and one SFP+ slots.
XFP and SFP+ slots may be equipped with a copper, multimode or single mode XFP-module, just as needed.
